Pediatric deep venous thrombosis associated with Staphylococcus aureus osteomyelitis
Conclusions: Over 20% of patients withS. aureus AHO developed DVT. MSSA accounted for more than half of the cases. DVT was completely resolved in more than half of the cases after 3 weeks of anticoagulant medication, with no sequelae. (Source: The Journal of Infection in Developing Countries)

Geographical variation in antimicrobial use and multiresistant pathogens in Brazilian intensive care units: a nationwide study
