In conclusion, most of the T-PCNSL were PTCL-NOS, but sporadic cases of other subtypes including γδT-cell lymphoma, anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma, and ENKTL were also encountered. Immunophenotypic analysis, clonality test, and targeted gene sequencing along with clinicoradiologic evaluation, may be helpful for establishing the diagnosis of T-PCNSL.
