Enhancing security in Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) with ECC-based Diffie-Hellman Key Exchange algorithm (ECDH)
CONCLUSION: The adoption of ECC-based ECDH is poised to bolster data confidentiality and integrity in WBANs, promoting trust and widespread use of these networks in healthcare applications. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge regarding security measures in WBANs and opens new avenues for the secure transmission of sensitive medical information.PMID:38607776 | DOI:10.3233/THC-231614 (Source: Technology and Health Care)

Observations of the effectiveness, dosage, and prognosis of intensity-modulated radiation therapy under ultrasonic guidance for cervical cancer patients
CONCLUSION: VMAT guided by ultrasound for patients with cervical cancer demonstrates promising short- and long-term treatment outcomes. It also leads to improvements in serum CEA, SCC-Ag, and CA724 levels, as well as reductions in the average radiation dosages to the radiotherapy target area, rectum, and bladder. This approach warrants attention from clinicians in clinical practice.PMID:38607778 | DOI:10.3233/THC-231977 (Source: Technology and Health Care)
