Protocol shift from agonist to antagonist or vice versa after an unsuccessful intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycle on the same patient does not improve outcome
While there's a growing data on the comparison of GnRH agonist and GnRH antagonist protocols, no clear study exists on the effects of both protocols on the same patient. Tips on robotic single-site surgery suture technique
Using the da Vinci single-site platform, surgeons can perform more minimally invasive surgery. However, surgical challenges exist due to the limitations of single-site instrumental movements. To  aid in the performance of successful robotic single-site hysterectomy, a new suturing technique using the current set of limited instruments is introduced in this study. Pregnancy and childbirth in a patient with multiple sclerosis: A case report of successful management
Multiple sclerosis (MS) preferentially affects females of reproductive age, making reproduction an important issue for women with MS. An increased incidence of poor labor progress often results in assisted vaginal delivery or a cesarean section. However, with good pre-pregnancy counseling and management, women with MS can conceive and give birth safely. Here, we present a case of pregnancy with MS, which was carried to term uneventfully and ended with unassisted vaginal delivery. (Source: Taiwanese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology)

Serum decorin level and preterm births
In this February issue of the Taiwanese Journal of Obstetrics& Gynecology, we found an interesting article entitled “Serum decorin measurement in prediction of the risk for preterm birth”, which attempted to use the serum markers to predict the risk of preterm birth [1]. As we know, preterm births, defined as the occurrence of delivery before 37 full gestational weeks, can be further classified into late pret erm births when born 34–36 weeks of gestation and early preterm births when born before 34 weeks of gestation [2–5].
