Mental Health Inventory - 5 (MHI-5) in peruvian adolescents: preliminary validation study
CONCLUSIONS: It is concluded that the MHI-5 maintains the essential one-dimensionality, but it is required to introduce the possible effect of the method due to the content of some of its items. Consistency reliability was acceptable for screening purposes. The following steps are discussed to accumulate more validity evidence, suggesting to develop a shorter version without the problematic items, to reduce the potential response bias.PMID:36753267 | DOI:10.15446/rsap.V21n4.66357 (Source: Revista de Salud Publica)

User satisfaction of the health services: A methodological quality checklist
CONCLUSIONS: The methodological approaches of the characterized publications are descriptive, cross-sectional with the absence of important items or methodological characteristics in almost all cases, which makes methodological reproducibility difficult; with few publications whose findings are reproducible. The proposed list proved to be a practical tool for methodological verification of observational studies on user satisfaction of health services in Primary Health Care.PMID:36753269 | DOI:10.15446/rsap.V21n4.79890 (Source: Revista de Salud Publica)

Biological cancer therapies: an approach towards accessibility
DISCUSSION: However, the costs for both the patient and the public health systems are still high, and the cost-effectiveness assessment must be optimized so that cost-effectiveness and access to time for patients can be compatible.
