The experience of family care in transitional support houses.
CONCLUSION: this research contributes to understanding the experience of care in transitional support homes of families with children in post-transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells and subsidizes nursing and health actions provided to this population; it also contributes to the development of a hospital discharge guidance and care directed to this clientele.
