Posterior Ocular Blood Flow in Preeclamptic Patients Evaluated with Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography
ConclusionPosterior segment ocular blood flow may be diminished in preeclamptic women. OCTA may enable to monitor ocular blood flow dynamics and give important clues in the diagnosis of retinal vascular pathologies accompanied by systemic diseases. Value of ABCG2 Q141K and Q126X genotyping in predicting risk of preeclampsia in Chinese Han women population
Publication date: July 2019Source: Pregnancy Hypertension, Volume 17Author(s): Huabin Hou, Meiyun Geng, Ru Zhang, Wenmiao Liu, Jingli Wang, Jing Li, Yan Lin, Shiguo Liu, Zhongjun Wang, Hui Guo, Hongzai Guan, Ping TanAbstractHyperuricemia (HUA) in women with preeclampsia (PE) not only indicates a reminder of severity but also contributes directly to the pathogenesis of PE. ATP-binding cassette subfamily G member 2 (ABCG2) has a very strong effect on the serum urate concentrations. Our aim was to investigate the association between polymorphisms of ABCG2 with PE in Chinese Han female population. A cohort of 793 preeclamptic ...

Circular RNA expression profiling identifies hsa_circ_0011460 as a novel molecule in severe preeclampsia
ConclusionsA total of 180 DE-circRNAs were detected. One crucial circRNA, hsa_circ_0011460, was shown to interact directly with its host gene PGT. These findings indicated that hsa_circ_0011460 may serve as a potential therapeutic target for patients with SPE.Graphical abstract (Source: Pregnancy Hypertension: An International Journal of Womens Cardiovascular Health)
