Psychometric testing of the Persian version of the Nursing Care Quality Scale: A methodological study
This study was carried out in several steps: a forward-backward translation was done, face and construct validity was measured using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and the reliability was evaluated. A convenience sampling method was employed to recruit 350 nurses from May 2021 to March 2022.ResultsThe exploratory factor analysis extracted six factors that explained 60.76% of the total variance. The six-factor model is supported by confirmatory factor analysis.
