In this study, we aimed to investigate the mechanisms of Pb-induced anxiety, depression and neuroinflammation, and the neuroprotective effect of ICAB in mouse brains. We found that ICAB supplementation significantly improved behavioral abnormalities, neuroinflammation and oxidative stress induced by Pb.
