Comparison of autonomic dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's Disease, progressive supranuclear palsy, and multiple system atrophy
CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: Our study suggests that dysautonomia is common in PD, MSA and PSP, even though it has different profiles in the different diseases. NOH is present in PD and MSA, but not in PSP.PMID:38148738 | DOI:10.5603/pjnns.96939 (Source: Neurologia i Neurochirurgia Polska)

Clinical and radiological consequences of delayed therapy escalation in patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis
CONCLUSIONS: In everyday practice, the long-term outcomes in patients with RRMS and disease activity, despite DMT being used, are more favourable after early implementation of high-efficacy drugs. Delaying therapy escalation results in the accumulation of permanent disability in patients with RRMS.PMID:38112646 | DOI:10.5603/pjnns.97040 (Source: Neurologia i Neurochirurgia Polska)

Long-term cenobamate retention, efficacy, and safety: outcomes from Expanded Access Programme
CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPLICATIONS: Long-term effectiveness, including ≥ 50% seizure reduction and a 100% retention rate, was sustained over 41 months of CNB treatment within the Expanded Access Programme. No new safety issues were identified. These results provide support for the potential long-term clinical benefits of cenobamate.PMID:38112647 | DOI:10.5603/pjnns.97121 (Source: Neurologia i Neurochirurgia Polska)
