A Case Report of Ruptured Malignant Neuroendocrine Tumor of Kidney, an Extraordinary Presentation.
We report the case of a 51-year-old Thai female presented with right abdominal mass with pain and anemia. The radiographic findings showed ruptured renal mass. She underwent radical nephrectomy and the pathological report was malignant neuroendocrine tumor. Palliative chemotherapy was administered. The patient passed away three months after the operation. Renal neuroendocrine tumors are rare. Moreover, ruptured renal tumors are very rare. They are usually considered to be angiomyolipoma or renal cell carcinoma. Carotid Doppler Ultrasound in Stroke Patients.
Conclusion: Most of these stroke patients had carotid pathology. Many of them had normal carotid velocity, but increasing intima-media thickness and plaque of varying morphology. There were varying degrees of vessel stenosis ranging from no significant stenosis to more than 50% stenosis, 50 to 69% stenosis, more than 70% stenosis, near occlusion and total occlusion. In-Hospital Mortality Predictors of Heart Failure Patients in Rajavithi Hospital.
Conclusion: Age, SBP and serum albumin were predictors of in-hospital mortality from heart failure. Prevalence of Chronic Hepatitis B Infection in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Viral Reactivation and Impact on Disease Activity.
Conclusion: The results showed that the prevalence of chronic HBV infection in SLE patients was lower than in the general population. Role of Hypercoagulable State for Predictive Ovarian Malignancy in Women with a Pelvic Mass.

Correlation of 25-Hydroxyvitamin D Levels in Serum vs. Breastmilk in Vitamin D-Supplementation Breastfeeding Women during Lactation: Randomized Double Blinded Control Trial.
Conclusion: Vitamin D3 supplementation during lactation can increase 25 (OH) D levels in Thai breast-fed mothers.
