Appropriateness of Broad Spectrum Antibiotics for Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock in the Emergency Department.
CONCLUSION: The most common sources of infection of septic patients were lung infection, bacteremia, gastrointestinal tract infection, genito-urinary tract infection, and skin and soft tissue infection. The hemocultures were positive in 58.9% of the cases and the common organisms were E. coli, K. pneumonia, S. aureus, and S. pneumoniae. Comparing the Success Rate of Radial Artery Cannulation under Ultrasound Guidance and Palpation Technique in Adults.

Effective Pain Management for Inpatients at Siriraj Hospital: A Retrospective Study.
We examined the effectiveness of the pain management provided to inpatients by the Siriraj Pain Clinic. MATERIAL AND METHOD: A retrospective chart review was conducted among inpatients who had consulted the clinic between January 2013 and December 2014.
