Parathyroid hormone gene-activated matrix with DFDBA/collagen composite matrix enhances bone regeneration in rat calvarial bone defects
ConclusionOur results indicate that PTH-GAM with a collagen matrix promotes local PTH production for at least 8 weeks and bone regeneration in craniofacial bone defect. ConclusionPatients with severe obstructive sleep apnea and prominent retropalatal collapse may benefit from palatal implantation from a subjective perspective. Improvement of overactive bladder symptoms: Is correction of the paravaginal defect in anterior vaginal wall prolapse necessary?
ConclusionsStatistical improvements of symptoms exist after Aa and Ba points recovery as evaluated by POP-Q system regardless of PVD existence identified by sonography. Repairing PVD did not show significantly improve the severity of OAB symptoms in objective urodynamic data or subjective questionnaire data.
