Efficacy of Topical Azithromycin versus Systemic Doxycycline in Treatment of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction
CONCLUSIONS: Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) could be treated effectively with oral doxycycline and topical azithromycin by improving symptoms, clinical signs, and stabilization of tear film. CONCLUSION: Autoimmune-mediated uveitis, most commonly associated with Behcet's disease and seronegative spondyloarthropathy, represents a high percentage of uveitis in our area.
