Hybrid Home-Based Nutrition Education Is an Effective Alternative to In-Person Delivery
Federal programs such as the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)1 and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed)2 promote healthy food and physical activity habits to prevent chronic disease.
