Magnetic resonance guided adaptive post prostatectomy radiotherapy: Accumulated dose comparison of different workflows
CONCLUSIONS: Daily MRgART treatment consistently met planning criteria. Target volume variability in prostate bed treatment can be mitigated by using MRgART and deliver satisfactory coverage of CTV whilst minimizing dose to adjacent OARs and reducing toxicity.PMID:38394627 | DOI:10.1002/acm2.14253 (Source: Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics)

Feasibility of Ethos adaptive treatments of lung tumors and associated quality assurance
CONCLUSIONS: An incorrect density distribution in the sCT has an impact on the dose calculation accuracy in the adaptive treatment workflow with the Ethos system. Additional quality checks of the sCT can detect such errors.PMID:38386919 | DOI:10.1002/acm2.14311 (Source: Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics)

Semi-supervised auto-segmentation method for pelvic organ-at-risk in magnetic resonance images based on deep-learning
CONCLUSION: The outcomes of our study demonstrate that it is possible to train a multi-OAR segmentation model using small annotation samples and additional unlabeled data. To effectively annotate the dataset, ensemble learning and post-processing methods were employed. Additionally, when dealing with anisotropy and limited sample sizes, the 2D model outperformed the 3D model in terms of performance.PMID:38386963 | DOI:10.1002/acm2.14296 (Source: Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics)
