Braided-type stent versus laser-cut-type stent for patients with unresectable distal malignant biliary obstruction: a randomized controlled trial

A case of idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis (Ormond ’s disease) diagnosed by transduodenal EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration/biopsy
A 71-year-old man presented to our department with back pain and significant weight loss within the previous few weeks. Before referral, ambulatory CT revealed a large retroperitoneal soft tissue mass encircling the abdominal aorta and its surrounding vessels (A).
