[Barriers for indigenous women to access obstetric services within the framework of integrated health services networks].
CONCLUSIONS: The networks model allows access to obstetric services but does not guarantee care. For this it is necessary to improve both: the infrastructure of the obstetric service providers, and the care processes. It is necessary to broaden the vision of the IHN management model considering the perspective of human rights and equity in health. The growing interest in setting the price of new technologies based on the value they provide to health systems and the experience accumulated by the countries in our environment make it opportune to review what constitutes an efficient health intervention in Spain in 2020. [Theory of change: a tool for participatory planning and evaluation in community health].
Authors: Cassetti V, Paredes-Carbonell JJ Abstract There is a growing interest in finding innovative approaches to the evaluation of complex interventions in public health. This methodological note presents the theory of change as a useful tool to facilitate both the planning and the evaluation of community health promotion interventions. A theory of change is a visual representation of how a programme or intervention works, in which its different components can be identified, together with how they relate to each other: what its objectives are, its expected results and through which actions they are expected to be...

A promising strategy to promote the change of such factors is the implementation of public health interventions based on behavioral economics, a discipline that combines psychological and economic principles.
