Diagnostic performance of molecular imaging methods in predicting the progression from mild cognitive impairment to dementia: an updated systematic review
ConclusionMolecular imaging has a moderate-to-good accuracy in predicting the progression of MCI to Alzheimer ’s dementia. Longitudinal studies are sparse in non-AD conditions, requiring additional efforts in these settings. (Source: European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging)

Prognostic value of baseline and interim [18F]FDG PET metabolic parameters in pediatric Hodgkin ’s lymphoma
ConclusionBaseline and interim [18F]FDG PET parameters can serve as significant prognostic indicators for EFS and treatment response in pediatric HL. These quantitative measures could enhance individualized, risk-adapted treatment strategies for children and adolescents with HL. (Source: European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging)

90Y post-radioembolization clinical assessment with whole-body Biograph Vision Quadra PET/CT: image quality, tumor, liver and lung dosimetry
ConclusionIn this study we evaluated, in terms of image quality and dosimetry, whole-body PET clinical images of patients after having been treated with90Y microspheres radioembolization for liver cancer. Compared to the 20-min standard scan, the simulated 5-min reconstructed images provided equal image peak SNR and noise behavior, while performing also similarly for post-treatment dosimetry of tumor, whole liver and lung absorbed doses. Gallium-68 labeled somatostatin receptor antagonist PET/CT in over 500 patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms: experience from a single center in China
ConclusionGallium-68 labeled SSTR antagonists could serve as alternatives to SSTR agonists for imaging of NENs. Among various antagonists, [68Ga]Ga-NODAGA-LM3 seems to have the best imaging profile. (Source: European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging)
