Association between maxillary canine impaction and other dental anomalies: radiological study of a mixed dentition children ’s cohort from an orthodontic clinic
ConclusionsThe presence of peg-shaped maxillary lateral incisors and infraocclusion of deciduous molars can be considered major valuable early risk indicators for maxillary canine impaction, because they manifest before the maxillary canine eruption. Special consideration should be given on distal displaced unerupted second premolar and the impaction of any other teeth. The impact of enzyme replacement therapy on the oral health manifestations of hypophosphatasia among children: a scoping review
ConclusionsThe available evidence suggests that that ERT in the form of asfotase alfa for HPP in infants and young children leads to improved oral health outcomes. It is recommended that the outcomes are improved with earlier initiation of ERT. Further, well-designed clinical research is required to assess oral health improvements and decreased morbidity associated with the early loss of teeth. Influence of salivary acquired pellicle on colour changes and minerals content of dentine after application of silver diamine fluoride followed by potassium iodide

Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) referrals in paediatric patients: A 24-month retrospective study in two radiological centers in Campinas, Brazil
