Development of [64Cu]Cu-NODAGA-RGD-BBN as a Novel Radiotracer for Dual Integrin and GRPR-targeted Tumor PET Imaging
CONCLUSION: The results indicated that [64Cu]Cu-NODAGA-RGD-BBN radiolabeled heterodimer peptide can be considered as a high-potential agent for PET imaging of GRPRoverexpressing tumors.PMID:38409731 | DOI:10.2174/0118744710246897240209070005 (Source: Current Radiopharmaceuticals)

An In-depth Analysis of the Adverse Effects of Ionizing Radiation Exposure on Cardiac Catheterization Staffs
Curr Radiopharm. 2024 Jan 26. doi: 10.2174/0118744710283181231229112417. Online ahead of print.ABSTRACTDiagnostic and interventional angiograms are instrumental in the multidisciplinary approach to CAD management, enabling accurate diagnosis and effective targeted treatments that significantly enhance patient care and cardiovascular outcomes. However, cath lab staff, including interventional cardiologists, is consistently exposed to ionizing radiation, which poses inherent health risks. Radiation exposure in the cath lab primarily results from the use of fluoroscopy and cineangiography during diagnostic and interventional ...

Impact of Radiation Therapy on Serum Humanin and MOTS-c Levels in Patients with Lung or Breast Cancer
CONCLUSION: Our research has shown, for the first time, that increased MOTS-c and decreased humanin levels play a role in lung cancer and breast cancer, respectively. Additionally, radiotherapy modifies MOTS-c levels in patients with lung, but not breast cancer.PMID:38314601 | DOI:10.2174/0118744710254730231114181358 (Source: Current Radiopharmaceuticals)
