Rosai-Dorfman disease and Hodgkin lymphoma synchronously involving the same lymph node: A rare case report with review of literature
We report a patient with HL and RDD involving the same lymph node concurrently. Both the areas were confirmed by histomorphology and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The detection of RDD in lymphoma cases is incidental and seems to have no clinical significance. Thus, finding of focal RDD does not affect therapeutic decisions of these patients. However, admixture of lymphoma cell population (both HL and NHL) along with histiocytic proliferation can be a diagnostic challenge at times, especially in inexperienced hands and a resource-limited setup where IHC is not available. A Rare Case of Staphylococcus Caprae-Infected Total Hip Arthroplasty: A Report and Literature Review
We report a rare case of S caprae hip arthroplasty infection. To be best of our knowledge, this is the 38th case of S caprae prosthetic joint infection and the 9th case of S caprae hip arthroplasty infection to be reported in the medical literature. The case was successfully treated by minor-partial one-stage revision and culture-directed antibiotic therapy.Clinicians must maintain a low index of suspicion for S caprae as a pathogen in orthopaedic infections. We suggest that a minor-partial one-stage revision is appropriate treatment since it balances low morbidity with good functional outcomes and a low chance of re-revis...

Influence of Gross Tumor Morphology on Clinicopathological Profile of Colorectal Cancers.
CONCLUSIONDifferent morphological types of CRC vary with respect to clinical presentation. Microscopically, degree of differentiation also varies in different gross morphological types. We concluded that clinical presentation of colorectal cancers (CRC) also depends upon the gross tumor morphology and in turn the gross tumor morphology is an important prognostic variable.
