Fisssurectomy with Posterior Midline Internal Sphincterotomy and Anoplasty in the Management of Chronic Posterior anal Fissures.
ConclusionFissurectomy with posterior mid line internal sphincterotomy and mucosal anoplasty is safe with minimal complications. It is still a dependable alternative treatment for chronic posterior anal fissures. The fear of keyhole deformity can be well addressed with the added anoplasty. Incidence and risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity among very low birth weight neonates
ConclusionWe observed a low incidence of ROP requiring treatment in VLBW neonates. Lower gestation, apnea of prematurity, and red cell transfusions were independent risk factors for ROP. (Source: Current Medicine Research and Practice)

Unusual site of Chondromyxoid fibroma
We present a rare occurrence of Chondromyxoid fibroma (CMF) in proximal 3rd humerus. 28 year old male with proximal humeral pain had a lesion in the proximal 3rd humerus on X-ray. Since, it appeared as benign lesion and small in size (radiologically looked like intra-osseous ganglion) we decided for excisional biopsy. The histopathological examination revealed that it was Chondromyxoid fibroma. (Source: Current Medicine Research and Practice)

A rare case of Staphylococcus caprae–infected total hip arthroplasty: a report and literature review
We report a rare case of Staphylococcus caprae hip arthroplasty infection. To be best of our knowledge, this is the 38th case of S. caprae prosthetic joint infection and the 9th case of S. caprae hip arthroplasty infection to be reported in the medical literature. The case was successfully treated by minor partial one-stage revision and culture-directed antibiotic therapy. Clinicians must maintain a low index of suspicion for S. caprae as a pathogen in orthopedic infections. We suggest that a minor partial one-stage revision is appropriate treatment because it balances low morbidity with good functional outcomes and a low ...

Influence of gross tumor morphology on clinicopathological profile of colorectal cancers
ConclusionDifferent morphological types of CRC vary with respect to clinical presentation. Microscopically, degree of differentiation also varies in different gross morphological types. We concluded that clinical presentation of CRCs also depends on the gross tumor morphology and, in turn, the gross tumor morphology is an important prognostic variable.
