Placebo response in sham-acupuncture-controlled trials for migraine: A systematic review and meta-analysis
CONCLUSIONS: The effect sizes for placebo response of sham acupuncture varied across migraine treatment trials. Further studies should routinely consider adjusting for a more complete set of treatment factors.PMID:37793307 | DOI:10.1016/j.ctcp.2023.101800 (Source: Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice)

Effects of different mind-body exercises on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes: A network meta-analysis
CONCLUSION: All mind-body exercises help to improve blood glucose and lipid levels in T2DM patients, but the ranking of relative effectiveness needs to be rationalized. Our study suggests that T2DM patients should choose appropriate mind-body exercises according to their conditions and stick to them for a long time under their healthcare professionals' guidance to achieve effective diabetes control.PMID:37769432 | DOI:10.1016/j.ctcp.2023.101802 (Source: Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice)
