Nurse staffing and adverse events in residential aged care: Retrospective multi-site analysis
According to an extensive systematic review, the expectations of residents when living in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) is that they are kept safe and treated with dignity (Havreng-Thery  et al., 2020).
