Impact of incivility and psychological capital on nursing students ’ transition shock
Nursing is a practice-based discipline. To become a nurse, it is essential that nursing students undergo clinical practicum education to integrate their theoretical knowledge and skills with real-world clinical environments (Stayt& Merriman,  2013). In clinical practicum education, nursing students have opportunities to improve practical competencies, which help them prepare for the nursing profession, and allow them to adjust to the workplace in which they will be practising after qualification. Mentoring role effectiveness and satisfaction during internship training: A psychometric evaluation of Saudi nursing interns
A substantial nursing shortage has created a global public health crisis in the United States of America (USA), United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries, including Saudi Arabia, where there are only 40 nurses for every 10,000 people (WHO,  2010). In Saudi Arabia, undergraduate students study nursing in a 5-year course comprising 1-year preparatory, 3-year nursing proper and 1-year internship tra ining (Aboshaiqah, 2016; AL-Dossary, 2018; Almalki, 2011).
