Impact of changing from autopsy to post-mortem CT in an entire HM Coroner region due to a shortage of available pathologists
A significant problem facing routine medicolegal coroner-referred autopsies is a shortfall of pathologists prepared to perform them. This was particularly acute in Lancashire, where the coroner decided to initiate a service that relied on post-mortem computed tomography (PMCT). This involved training anatomical pathology technologists (APTs) to perform external examinations, radiographers to perform scans, and radiologists to interpret them. The service started in 2018 and now examines over 1,500 cases per year. (Source: Clinical Radiology)

CT features of acute COVID-19 and long-term follow-up
Since the first few cases of pneumonia attributed to infection with the highly contagious novel coronavirus 2 (SARs-CoV-2) were detected in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, imaging has proven an invaluable diagnostic tool throughout the resulting global pandemic. This review describes the imaging features of severe pulmonary disease caused by SARs-CoV-2, named COVID-19 by the World Health Organization (WHO), particularly focussing on computed tomography (CT). CT plays an important role in understanding the pathology behind the progression of disease, as well as helping to identify the potential complications of COVID-19 pne...

Factors influencing teamwork in healthcare applicable to interventional and diagnostic radiology
Teamwork in healthcare has been analysed extensively in the literature, mainly in acute healthcare settings such as the operating room, emergency room, and intensive care unit, with limited evidence related to diagnostic and interventional radiology. Multiple factors that affect teamwork in different domains have been described, such as communication, hierarchy, and distractions. Teamwork is an important patient safety, job satisfaction and patient outcome determinant, with interprofessional and interdisciplinary healthcare education playing a relevant role in the different domains affecting team performance.
