Predictors of all ‐cause mortality and ischemic events within and beyond 1 year after an acute coronary syndrome: results from the EPICOR registry
ConclusionWe observed continuous MACCE risk during 2 years of follow ‐up after discharge for ACS, with greater mortality within the first year. Specific predictors at discharge for events after 1 year could not be identified. (Source: Clinical Cardiology)

Trends in LDL ‐cholesterol Blood Values between 2012 and 2017 suggest Sluggish Adoption of the recent 2013 Treatment Guidelines

ConclusionsHospitalization for AF is common and frequently associated with both in ‐hospital complications and re‐admission, which were more commonly observed among women with AF. Organizational model and reactions to alerts in remote monitoring of cardiac implantable electronic devices: a survey from the Home Monitoring Expert Alliance (HMEA) project
ConclusionsThis survey showed that RM service was usually set up with a primary nursing model including on average 2 responsible physicians and 1 nurse and mainly offered to ICD/CRT patients.
