Application of in Vivo Fluorescence Imaging and Metal Ion Detection for Investigation of Bis(ethylmaltolato) Oxidovanadium (IV) on Alzheimer's Disease
In this study, 2-month-old triple transgenic AD model mice (3 × Tg-AD) was treated with 0.2 and 1.0 mM bis(ethylmaltolato) oxidovanadium IV (BEOV) in drinking water for 2 months respectively. The results of open field test, elevated plus-maze test and Y maze test showed that BEOV could significantly improve the exploratory ability, memory capacity and exercise ability and relieve the anxiety of 4-month-old 3 × Tg-AD mice. Sensitive Detection of Iodine in Rat Brain Dialysate by Dark Field Microscopy Based on Iodine Etching Au@Ag Nanocubes
This study investigated the reaction process between Au@Ag nanocubes (Au@Ag NCs). Further, Au@Ag NCs was used as a probe to detect different concentrations of I-/I2 under a dark field microscope (DFM), and the detection limit was 17 nM.
