Styrylpyrone Glycosides from Mycelium of Inonotus rheades
Mycelium ofInonotus rheades (Pers.) Bondartsev& Singer (Hymenochaetaceae) grown with illumination by blue light containedp-hydroxybenzoic acid 4-O-glucoside, protocatechoic acid 4-O-glucoside,p-coumaric acid 4-O-glucoside, caffeic acid 4-O-glucoside, and the new styrylpyrone glycosides1 and2. According to UV, IR, and NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data, the new compounds were hispidin 4 ′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (rheadoside A,1) and bisnoryangonin 4 ′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (rheadoside B,2), which could inactivate superoxide radicals. Phytochemical Constituents from Biscogniauxia philippinensis var. microspora
One new natural ester derivative, biscophilippin (1), as well as 5 known compounds, 5-formyl mellein (2), mellein-5-carboxylic acid (3), 5-hydroxymethylmellein (4), 3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one (5), andN-trans-feruloyltyramine (6), were isolated from then-BuOH-soluble fraction of the EtOH extract of rice fermented with the endophytic fungusBiscogniauxia philippinensis var.microspora. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy together with HR-ESI-MS analysis, and comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds. Antiviral Isoquinolines from the Cigar Tobacco Derived Endophytic Fungi Aspergillus fumigatus
With the aim of screening more antiviral activity metabolites, in this study, two new (1 and2), together with five known (3 –7), isoquinolines were isolated from the cigar tobacco-derived endophytic fungi Aspergillus fumigatus. Their structures were determined by means of HR-ESI-MS and extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies. Interestingly, the anti-TMV activities test revealed that compounds1 and2 showed potential anti-TMV activities with inhibition rates of 31.2 and 28.5%, respectively.
