The antitumor effects of entinostat in ovarian cancer require adaptive immunity
CONCLUSIONSIn the current murine ovarian cancer model, entinostat treatment enhances beneficial immune responses. Moreover, these antitumor effects of entinostat are dependent on an intact immune system.
