DNA Replication Inhibitor Geminin and Retinoic Acid Signaling Participate in Complex Interactions Associated With Pluripotency
Conclusion: A complex circuitry between retinoic acid signaling, SWI/SNF components, pluripotency factors including Oct4, Sox2 and Nanog and cell cycle regulators was identified. Conclusion: In EBC, PTEN-loss is an independent predictor of poor outcome. When occurring singly, PTEN-loss and PIK3CA mutations have opposite prognostic impact.
