Effects of prenatal dexamethasone exposure on adult C57BL/6J mouse metabolism and oxidative stress
This study investigated the effects prenatal dexamethasone exposure had on adult offspring cardiac and liver metabolism and oxidative stress. Pregnant C57BL/6 mice received a dose of 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone on gestational days 15-17.
