Oncocytic histologic features can be seen in a variety of salivary gland carcinomas. We performed a comprehensive molecular profiling of 15 salivary gland malignancies with oncocytic features (diagnosed as oncocytic carcinoma, carcinoma NOS with oncocytic features, or salivary duct carcinoma with oncocytic features). FGFR1 Antibody Validation and Characterization of FGFR1 Protein Expression in ER+ Breast Cancer
In this study, we evaluated 4 anti-FGFR1 antibodies in breast cancer cell lines and patient-derived xenografts with FGFR1 amplification. We correlated D8E4 expression in 209 tumors from postmenopausal patients with stage I-III operable ER+ breast cancer with FGFR1 amplification status as determined by fluorescence in situ hybridization. Application of the Method of Melanin Bleaching After Immunohistochemical Staining of Melanin-containing Tissues
Conclusion: The method of melanin bleaching after immunohistochemical staining of melanin-containing tissue can almost completely bleach the melanin pigment and do not impact the expression of antigen. In our work, poststaining bleaching allowed for clearer immunohistochemical staining results and more obvious observation of tissue structure.
