Oral dexamethasone versus prednisolone for management of children with west syndrome: An open-labeled randomized controlled pilot trial
Conclusion: There was no difference in electroclinical remission at 2 weeks between oral dexamethasone and prednisolone in children with infantile spasms in this small pilot trial. Tenecteplase and alteplase for thrombolysis of acute ischemic stroke within 4.5 hours: An efficacy and safety study

Conclusion: The characteristic patterns of hypometabolism observed in the different subgroups were more apparent on quantification and based on visual analysis alone, it may not be possible to differentiate the different subtypes of PSP.
