Management and mechanism of calciphylaxis in a patient treated with the FGFR inhibitor pemigatinib-a case report
CONCLUSIONS: Calciphylaxis is normally associated with advanced renal failure in the setting of high phosphate and calcium. However, the patient we present here did not have advanced renal failure or high calcium levels and calcium dysregulation. CONCLUSION: While most respondents remembered that a GPV was identified in the patient, some did not recall having a GPV found, and others recalled germline findings incorrectly. Is Robotic Surgery the Future for Resectable Esophageal Cancer?: A Systematic Literature Review of Oncological and Clinical Outcomes
CONCLUSIONS: There are numerous reported advantages of robot-assisted surgery for resectable esophageal cancer. A correlation between procedural volume and improvements in outcomes with robotic esophagectomy has also been identified.
