UTE T2* cartilage mapping in the hip: a pilot study assessing cartilage in patients with femoroacetabular impingement
CONCLUSION: UTE T2* cartilage mapping had excellent reproducibility. Affected FAI hips had higher mean acetabular UTE T2* values than asymptomatic patients. Severity of patient-reported symptoms correlates with UTE T2* acetabular cartilage values.PMID:38130123 | DOI:10.1177/02841851231218252 (Source: Acta Radiologica)

Incidental findings on staging rectal MRI: clinical significance and outcomes
CONCLUSION: IFs were seen in more than half of the staging MRI scans in rectal cancer but less than 10% of these were of high clinical significance. The results of this study highlight the range of potential IFs and can guide future research assessing the potential impact of these IFs on patients and the healthcare system.PMID:38115675 | DOI:10.1177/02841851231217728 (Source: Acta Radiologica)

Comparing the diagnostic accuracy, reading time, and inter-rater agreement of breast MRI abbreviated and full protocols: a multi-reader study
CONCLUSION: AB-MRI has similar sensitivity, but somewhat lower specificity. The average reading time for the abbreviated protocol is lower, as is inter-rater agreement.PMID:38115682 | DOI:10.1177/02841851231216552 (Source: Acta Radiologica)
