CONCLUSION: Although sinonasal organized hematoma can be mistaken for a malignant tumor, the following characteristic imaging findings facilitate the diagnosis of an organized hematoma: erosion of the bony sinus walls, markedly heterogeneous signal intensity, and papillary or frond-like enhancement. Assessment of multifocality and axillary nodal involvement in early-stage breast cancer patients using 18F-FDG PET/CT compared to contrast-enhanced and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging and sentinel node biopsy.
CONCLUSION: For assessment of multifocality in ESBC patients, highly specific results of PET/CT should be taken into account along with DCE-MRI findings. Clinical correlation of a new and practical magnetic resonance grading system for cervical foraminal stenosis assessment.
CONCLUSION: The Kim system showed moderate correlation clinical findings, while the modified Kim system still showed moderate but slightly stronger correlation. In both systems, grade 0 could denote negative neurologic manifestations. Although a considerable number of grade 1 and 2 cases in both systems had PNM, fulfilling the criteria for grades 1 and 2 CNFS, it does not perfectly predict PNM. Evaluation of the gallbladder and cystic duct patency with gadoxetate disodium enhanced MR cholangiography: prospective comparison of patients with normal gallbladder function and acute cholecystitis.

Altered cortical and subcortical local coherence in PTSD: evidence from resting-state fMRI.
CONCLUSION: The present study identified a functional discrepancy of local coherence between cortical and subcortical regions in PTSD patients compared with normal controls. The findings revealed that resting-state abnormalities might lead to further improvement of the understanding of the neural substrates of cognitive impairment and symptoms in PTSD. Pre-treatment staging of multiple myeloma patients: comparison of whole-body diffusion weighted imaging with whole-body T1-weighted contrast-enhanced imaging.
CONCLUSION: DWIBS and T1-CE were concordant in the majority of patients. In a minority of cases DWIBS evidenced areas of water restriction that did not correspond to contrast enhancement areas. Studies monitoring therapeutic response in relation to tumour burden and aggressiveness should be performed to assess the clinical relevance of DWIBS findings.
