Aspects associated with drug resistance in people with tuberculosis/HIV: an integrative review
Conclusion: The main aspects identified were abandonment of therapy, previous treatment for tuberculosis and inadequate intervention, and these results may also extend to people who do not have coinfection. This review is important to instigate new research, with emphasis on strategies focused on the early identification of people with multidrug resistance, prevention and encouragement of adherence to treatment. Clinical outcomes of patients after using prehospital fibrinolytic therapy: a systematic review
Conclusion: FT was more effective in prehospital treatment to reduce deaths after five years, however, reinfarction and stroke occurred similarly in the sample analyzed. The time factor reduced clinical outcomes, especially when the implemented therapy occurred within two hours after the occurrence of STEMI. Thus, although the interventions presented similar outcomes. However, FT may represent a viable treatment in places where PPCI cannot be achieved in a timely manner. Conclusion: Nursing technicians showed that their understanding of adverse events is limited to the concept of adverse reactions. They understand that its occurrence is linked not only to lack of attention but also to extrinsic factors such as work overload, a considerable number of patients and inadequate dimensioning.
