American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology discusses updated American Cancer Society guidelines on cervical cancer screening
(Wolters Kluwer Health) Last year, the American Cancer Society (ACS) issued an updated set of guidelines for cervical cancer screening - emphasizing the shift toward screening with primary human papillomavirus (HPV) testing.
