Breast CA antihormones, concurrent vs sequential
I have a patient with very poor health who cannot medically undergo surgery - heart failure, O2 dependent - but we are treating a bulky breast mass about 7 cm in size and grossly involved regional nodes. ER is 90 plus percent positive, so she will be getting anti estrogens of some kind; the question is whether to give the radiation and anti hormones together or sequentially.
