CONCLUSION: Immunotherapy-induced hypophysitis (IH) can result in a severe adrenal crisis, and prompt recognition and diagnosis are crucial. Clinicians must remain vigilant for the possibility of IH in patients who exhibit recurrent fever, anorexia, cognitive decline, and personality changes following ICI treatment.
