Moving to Boston, stay with Walgreen or take a new job?
I am in CA, working at Walgreens for 5 years, just got an offer for an MTM Rph position at a major insurance company (still doing background check, hasn’t told Walgreens yet). My husband yesterday got an offer (non health care related) at Boston and he will take it, and move there first. Our plan is to move to Boston in summer, before schools start. Should I stay with Walgreens and transfer to Boston district? Or take the MTM job then look for new job later? My dilemma is that I don’t know... I have completed classes such as bio 1 & 2, cell biology and statistics,... Medical School for the non-traditional applicant - w/o all prerequisites (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Attending dream school's Continuing Medical Education event?
Hey SDN, My dream DO school is having a CME event in a few weeks. Not far from where I live, isn't expensive. Subject matter is interesting to me. Would it be weird if I went? States explicitly it is for "Osteopaths and other Health Care Professionals," while I'm just a lowly radiology/ED PCA increasing my clinical hours to apply for the first time this cycle. I guess I'm wondering if it would be inappropriate if I attended If not, would this be a positive thing for showing this school... Attending dream school's Continuing Medical Education event?
