This study is a phase III, double-blinded, randomized, superiority, controlled trial of OROS-MPHvs. placebo. After randomization, the participants will receive 3 months of treatment with OROS-MPH or placebo (1:1 ratio) while incarcerated. In this study, we evaluate healthcare-assisted direct letters to relatives at risk of hereditary cancer syndromes in a randomized controlled trial.MethodsProbands are recruited from Swedish outpatient cancer genetics clinics to this two-arm randomized controlled trial.
