" And then a Plank in Reason, broke, "
“I am dead.” In terms of possible delusions in living human beings,Le d élire des négations—the nihilistic delusion that one is dead —evokes the most harrowing existence imaginable. Dismissed for too long: the impact of migraine on children & young people
Migraine Trust - An estimated one in ten children are living with migraine. This potentially limits their development and ability to take part in education, social activities, and other important parts of growing up. The Macro View – Health, Economics, and Politics and the Big Picture. What I Am Watching Here And Abroad.
August 18, 2022 Edition-----The main issue, probably of the year, is the increasing tension across the Taiwan Strait with all sorts of worries about how conflict can be avoided and prosperity maintained at a reasonable level as tensions continue. And hopefully ease. The impact of climate change in Europe is really becoming obvious and worrying. I am not sure just how a realistic response is possible in any reasonable time.In OZ the PM has come back after a week off to have the Chinese Ambassador tell us we are a vassal and to just shut up and behave. Chris EdwardsInflation stems from too much money chasing too few goods. U.S. consumer inflation is running at 9  percent as too much government‐spawned money creation is coinciding with restrictions on the supply side of the economy. The “Inflation Reduction Act” in front of the Senate is supposed to address inflation by reducing budget deficits with a combination of tax hikes and green subsidies. But despite its name, the Senate bill would not reduce inflation because it would damage the supply side and hardly affect deficits. The budget modelers at Penn ‐Whartonestimate that the Senate bill would reduce the...
