Elderly dog adjustment and advice
We just took in my wife’s grandmother’s 15 year old Australian Labradoodle. She’s wonderful and very sweet. The dog, not the grandmother who is grumpy and had a fall today. This poor dog also had half of its ear amputated earlier this week because of a hematoma that went gangrene.
Any ideas on how to help this dog feel at home and chill out? Our 18-month-old Australian Labradoodle is getting along very well with it. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Or perhaps another DPM already took a crack at a partial amp or toe amp and the whole thing fell apart (and they don't have priviledges at your hospital or the patient was transfered to you...

A sad case
33 year old male pt, 330 lbs, 4.9 f. Absolutely no neck extension nor mouth opening.
is admitted because of a bad fournier gangrene secondary to an over the counter Im inyection of decadron her grandma applied to him because flu symtomps, which turns out to be covid, he is desat to 88, can’t lay flat at all but is otherwise doing fine with mask.
His covid is somewhat stable but the gangrene is not getting better so surgery decides to perform a colostomy.
