Enhancing staff engagement and patient care through the 'Go Engage' survey tool
NHS Employers - This case study examines the experience of Wrightlington, Wigan and Leigh NHS foundation trust who commissioned the development of a staff engagement tool. The survey tool is based on the NHS national staff survey questions and sits alongside a number of exploratory questions. They are sent to staff every quarter to assess morale and engagement. The case study provides more information on the tool and its uses, how the trust communicates with staff and the results that have been achieved so far. Results of quality reports assurance 2014/15
Monitor -Monitor requires all NHS foundation trusts to produce reports on the quality of care as part of their annual reports. Quality reports help trusts to improve public accountability for the quality of care they provide. This document collates the findings of external auditors' assurance of foundation trusts' quality reports. It also allows foundation trusts to compare their performance and issues against the sector’s aggregate results.
