ConclusionsAttention should be drawn to drugs assessed by high ALDEN scores that were associated with high absolute risks for SJS/TEN. Psoriasis, former drug allergies, in addition to systemic lupus erythematosus, malignancy, history of cerebrovascular accident, and diabetes mellitus were associated with increased SJS/TEN risk in our analysis.
