Applying to PsyD programs
Hello, I am currently in my last semester of my bachelors degree in applied psychology. I have started to apply to PsyD programs throughout the state of Pennsylvania and others states. Does anyone have any advice they could provide when applying to programs and what their process was like? A little bit about myself and education. I have worked 4 and a half years helping support individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions in a group home setting. I also have worked for a year... Opinions on application? Considering Ross/SGU.
Long story short, I'm a Canadian student and I'm struggling to get into the vet school in my region (UPEI/AVC). I've been finding it very hard to get feedback from admissions on my application. I'd love to get some feedback on how I might be able to improve on my application. I'm currently considering Ross/SGU/possibly Europe for this application cycle. Education: I completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a major in Biology. I graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.34... Read more (Source: Student Doctor Network)

No one in my family is in the medical field, and in general no one in my family has received a higher-level education. Throughout my academic journey, I have been on my own with everything. Public service loan forgiveness
Hi guys, My son wants me to cosign or take a parent plus loan for his education because without me he can’t get his fin aid to cover the tuition. I work for a nonprofit so I will qualify for the public service loan forgiveness program. Should I apply now for the program? Or wait till he is done with the school and then consolidate and then apply for the program? He is just starting the school so I am worried if I wait then the program may go away… What is the best way to do it? Thank you! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Opening a multi-provider clinic
So I'm thinking of trying to open a clinic with the intention of growing it to include multiple therapists, physicians, IOP offerings, etc. Anyone with experience here that can shed some light on how to get started or what to look out for? I'm in the very early phase of trying to educate myself on how to do this, so forgive my naivety. Also what's the best way to attract and find therapists? Should I get on insurance panels before trying to find staff? (Source: Student Doctor Network)
