Single-cell transcriptome characterization of oral mucosal fibroblasts
CONCLUSIONS: To evaluate the role of fibroblasts in tissue homeostasis and wound healing accomplished by integrating and analyzing fibroblasts from normal skin and oral mucosal tissue from various sites, this study identifies the differences in fibroblast subpopulation composition and function between these two tissue types in healthy conditions, and provides an understanding of oral mucosa and skin homeostasis and cellular function at the transcriptomic level. Inhibition of connexin 43-mediated hemichannel activity promotes odontoblast differentiation of human dental pulp cells induced by lipopolysaccharide
CONCLUSIONS: Cx43 participates in the regulation of dental pulp repair after injury, and its expression shows a downward trend as a whole. Improvements in appropriate placement of dental sealants after implementation of a clinical decision support system

CONCLUSIONS: Parents' awareness of bad oral habits is not high, and parents' educational background is a risk factor for parents' awareness of bad oral habits. Evaluation of the 5-year clinical restoration effect of implants retained complete overdentures with Locator attachments in 48 patients
CONCLUSIONS: Implants retained complete overdentures with Locator attachments are effective in long term clinical observation. Complications are mainly found in peri-implant mucosal bleeding on probing and vertical alveolar bone absorption, and tended to increase gradually over time. The fracture of the implant retains complete overdenture bases and the fall off or fracture of the artificial teeth are the second serious complications. The relationship between the expression of PGE2 and COX-2 and the osteogenic activity and oxygen level of alveolar bone
CONCLUSIONS: The expression of PGE2 and COX-2 is highly negatively correlated with ALP and oxygen levels. Evaluation of the effect of MTF-S on the removal of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth with complete or partial crown impaction
CONCLUSIONS: Compared with partially impacted wisdom teeth, the extraction of completely impacted wisdom teeth has a longer surgical time. For completely impacted wisdom teeth, MTF-S is beneficial for reducing postoperative pain, swelling and mouth opening limitations. Review of clinical effects of disk-up sinus reamer(DSR)-based internal sinus floor elevation with implantation in 10 years
CONCLUSIONS: The DSR-based internal sinus floor elevation with implantation is a reliable and stable bone augmentation operation for vertical bone defect in maxillary posterior region, with a 10-year cumulative retention rate of no less than 94%. Effect of different cleaning methods on bond strength and surface wettability of high translucency zirconia
